Business phone lines for Africa

Plug in a phone.
Get a real number.
Start calling.

KenteVoice sets up your desk phone or mobile app by itself. Your number works wherever there's internet, you pay with mobile money, and you never lose a customer to a missed call.

Early access is open in Ghana. More countries are coming.

From payment to first call, without a technician

No paperwork at a branch and no installer visit. You never have to type settings into a phone.

  1. Choose your number and pay

Pick a plan on Kenteflow or by WhatsApp. Pay with MTN MoMo, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Wave or card.

  2. Plug in your phone, or open the app

Connect your desk phone to your network. It finds KenteVoice and sets itself up. No phone? The mobile app works straight away.

  3. Make your first call

Your line is registered and encrypted. Calls to your number ring the phone, the app, or your mobile if the internet drops.

A phone system that keeps working for you

The reliability of a real phone line, plus the automations Kenteflow businesses already use on WhatsApp.

Bring any phone

Works with the IP phones businesses already own

No locked-in hardware. KenteVoice sets up phones from the major brands automatically, and we can supply phones that arrive ready to plug in.

Missed calls get a WhatsApp reply in seconds

Questions

Do I need to buy a new phone?

Usually not. KenteVoice works with IP phones from Yealink, Grandstream, Poly, Snom and Fanvil, and with the mobile app on your existing smartphone. If you want a desk phone, we can send one that's ready to plug in.

What happens when the power or internet goes off?

Calls move to the KenteVoice app on your smartphone, then to your normal mobile number. If nobody answers, the caller can leave a voicemail and you receive it on WhatsApp.

Can I keep my existing number?

In many cases, yes. Number porting depends on your country and current provider. Tell us your number when you sign up and we'll check.

Is it secure?

Every phone connects over encrypted signalling with encrypted call audio. Phones are set up with private, single-use links rather than shared passwords. Spending caps and allowed-country lists are on by default to prevent toll fraud.

Can I call emergency services?

Emergency calling over internet lines is limited in many African countries. Please keep a mobile phone available for emergencies. KenteVoice will tell you exactly what's supported where you are.

Where is KenteVoice available?

Early access starts in Ghana, with numbers abroad for the diaspora. Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa are next. Join early access and we'll let you know when your country opens.

Be reachable from day one

Join early access and get your KenteVoice number as soon as it opens where you are.
